CLLIX Australia 108 Apartments Spectacular Apartments in the Heart of Southbank

Had a great stay. Staff were fantastic while checking in. Very informative as to how everything worked. We arrived half an hour before check in but were still given our room. Very nice room and comfortable bed on floor 47. Excellent location so close to everything we wanted to do. Stayed for 2 night's will definitely go back again.

Really enjoyed my short stay here! Interior design was lovely and refreshing, the staff were really friendly and accommodating and the views were stunning. Will definitely stay here again for my next Melbourne visit!

Hello everyone, I have lived in this building for nearly two months, I found it's great building with professional management team, especially building managers Naz & Justin, concierge Indria, I am really appreciated for all the support I received from day one I moved in. The whole team are always very helpful and response quickly for my enquiries. I feel belong in this community. Even my cat Blues love it so much. The floor and public area are cleaned every day and maintained very well. I feel been looked after like living in a holiday home.

The room and view exceeded our expectations We paid a little extra for a room with a view. Well worth the extra paid, the view was excellent. The room and view exceeded our expectations. Instead of going out for dinner we ate in the room and admired the view. Look forward to our next stay.

Having stayed at multiple units across CBD and Southbank, I must admit that Australia 108 is the best apartment complex with the most professional building management in Melbourne.

Quite possibly the best serviced apartment I’ve ever stayed in! The view was beautiful! Bed was super comfy and the apartment itself was very modern and new. Nice and close to Southbank so very convenient location. Would definitely stay again!

Exceptional Had a room with a wide view of the MCG and Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit & looking out to the bay. Great room, great location, close walking distance to the Casino and a quick walk over the bridge to Flinders St Station and the city. Great room. Will recommend and would stay again.

Great location - love the apartment, I would definitely stay here again! Great location, check-in communication was excellent and easy to organise. Really appreciate the washing machine and provided washing powders etc. Late-check-out availability a godsend. Nice views!

More than happy with what I got for the money that I paid. Rooms were clean and set out well. The bed was better than my own bed at home. The building is within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go in the City and Southbank and only a 10 min walk to the tennis. The views from our apartment which was on the 50th floor were spectacular. Being a corner room we had views of the ocean, the city and out over the sporting precinct.
