Exceptional! Room was super clean, comfortable, and quiet, even though it's central fortitude Valley. The manager was really lovely. I booked last minute on booking.com so it did take a while to work out how to get access to the room. Once I managed to contact the manager everything else went really smoothly. I'd happily stay here again but I'd book directly in the future.

The amazing, sincerely cheerful guy (apologies for not recalling his name right now), who stayed back to personally guide me to my room, through how the doors/lifts operated, to ensure that everything was perfect!
He even answered his mobile when I realised I had forgotten the check-out process.
This gentleman is an absolute treasure, and I hope that everyone who stays here has the unmitigated pleasure of meeting him.

Value for money. Easy check-in! I liked how easy it was to check in and that I did not have to deal with anyone as it was a self-check-in and check-out. The apartment also was very close to everything in the city so we did not need to Uber around the place.

Very Happy. Home away from home. The host was magnificent. So lovely and happy to help. Even when we requested they just store our luggage after checkout they instead gave us a very late checkout at no extra charge. Was so great.
