Located in South Brisbane, Brisbane One is a 5-10 minutes walk to the Museum, Art Gallery, Library, and South Bank Parklands. In case you wish to take transportation, there will be no hassles of commuting as the bus and train stations are 10 minutes on foot. You can also take a Free City Hopper / Southbank Ferry at Station 3 which is around a 15-minute walk from the apartments.
Yes, all apartments have balconies except studios.
Yes, guests can avail one complimentary car park per booking if booked direct. Parking is at 1 Cordelia Street, South Brisbane, QLD, 4101. It is subject to availability and must be pre-booked. Visitor parking is 4 hours max. To access the car park, guests will need to use their black access fob on their keys. The carpark entrance is located on the back of the building in Boundary Street. There is one carpark entrance for all three towers.
At Brisbane One, we offer a Fully Equipped Gym and Heated Spa that can be found at Tower 2, level 7, Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool, and Sauna at Level 7, Rooftop BBQ and Pool at Towers 1 and 3, and Lounges at Tower 2, level 18. All these amenities operate from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. However, operating hours are subject to change. Please confirm with reception.
