You can't ask for more. Best location, able to walk everywhere. Tram right outside and walking distance to both Flinders and South train stations. Great food and coffee surround you. Clean and comfortable beds. Full high windows in every rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with a big island. Would definitely stay again.

Discreet entrance could be a little tricky to find, but the room itself is great. Quality kitchen appliances and space, bed quality is good. We found the concierge service to be good checking in at 7-8pm without hassle. Central location is a huge plus.

Brand new spacious serviced apartment hotel, centrally located in the CBD. Great for business and extended stays. Apartments are well-appointed, fully equipped kitchens, including full size fridges, gas stovetops and ovens. Separate dining and living areas, winning!

Amazing price and location. A very good sized apartment at half the cost of an equivalent nearby hotel.
Very clean, modern building, decent soundproofing and not to much street noise from the 42nd floor could be heard.

The location was great, right near William St carpark and close to a tram station. Only two stops away from Flinders Station.
The hotel was very secure, and management were friendly and helpful.
The apartment was extra clean, comfy and looked to have been renovated as everything seemed new.
It was stocked with everything needed for our stay, the room was really high up with nice views.
The apartment exceeded my expectation and such a good price.

Fantastic service. We were uncertain how to get into the building when we got there (so we just snuck in when someone was exiting) - that was our only dilemma. Great location. We walked everywhere. Got quiet on the weekends as it in the business district, (limited Saturday morning coffee spots) but still really comfortable returning from the Theater during the evening. Loved it.
