Ruby Gold Coast by CLLIX A Haven of Chic, Coastal Style in Surfers Paradise

Last week we spent a few nights staying at Ruby Hotel on the Gold Coast. When I looked at the location, I wondered if we were too far from the beach. Once we walked to the beach, I realised what a smart position Ruby is in. It is away from the major noise of the traffic and rides but close enough for a short walk to Surfers or the beach. The building is very modern and clean and the two-bedroom apartment we rented was beautifully laid out, and comfortable and the view was spectacular. Yes, we had a view of the ocean but also an expansive view of the islands to the north, The Southport School, and the canal system. Always something to entertain in the river and next time we go down, we are going to have a crack at the electric stand-up paddleboards. The management was really helpful when we had questions and it is obviously a well-run complex. The foyers are modern and scrupulously clean, the pool is great and although there is a gym, etc. we found enough exercise in the surf. It is close enough without being too noisy. We will stay there again. 5 stars from us.

Fantastic hotel. The foyer smells amazing, apartments are lovely. Friendly helpful staff. The views were incredible, especially at night. Even had views of the city lights and beach, from the bedroom and bed. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing! They definitely don't do ordinary. The customer service here is absolutely the best I have ever experienced. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every little request was fulfilled promptly. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. Must stay. We will be back!

The beautiful unit we stayed in with ocean view, clean, comfortable, and great views, and had everything in it. great for my mum getting around with her wheelie walker, especially in the main bathroom. couldn't fault this place at all. the lovely lady on the desk that greeted us each morning. will be great when can eat and drink in the lobby as would have been nice but did not hinder our stay at all. loved it.

Stayed here for 4 nights, at the first welcome we got upgraded for free to a two-bedroom apartment complimentary which was a bonus! The room was spacious and clean with good views and the fully furnished kitchen was modern and had no faults to it and a great addition for those who may not want to go out every night to eat! The hotel itself is in a good location with only a short walk to the surrounding shopping centre and beach. Will definitely be recommending it and hopefully be back soon!

Stayed for 4 nights, and booked the villa for 3 families. Very spacious and clean, really loved their service and everything was fantastic. It was three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was amazing. Pool service and cleaning were beyond expectations. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ruby for making our holidays very special.

Booked Villa ( 3 bedrooms). Was in excellent condition., very neat and clean. The barbecue area was very well furnished., excellent service by the reception staff. Good and easy communication with staff. Easy access to parking; lots of open parking on road. Going to book again.

We traveled in January 2022 and stayed for 3 nights. Amazing views, very clean and wonderful, spacious apartments. Anna at reception provided us with outstanding service. We will definitely be back

We stayed in a beautiful and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment on level 27 (the view was outstanding). The apartment has everything you need and it was very clean. The location is perfect, close to everything at Surfers Paradise.

My partner & I stayed here for 6 days for a little getaway. The staff was beyond friendly and beautiful. The hotel itself is spectacular, the room is decked out with high-tech but easy-to-use appliances.. cannot wait to see this place again. Highly recommend :)

A great view and a nice clean apartment. Great location and no need for a vehicle with the tram stop nearby.

This wasn't our original booking coming up to gold coast for our holiday as our original place we lasted 20 minutes but that's a different story. Glad we ended up here in the end. Amazing views, Clean rooms! Daughter loved the kid's room. 300m walk to the beach. Coffee shop around the corner. Will be staying here again! If I was to be picky the pillows weren't great but that's personal preference more than anything. Very happy customer.

Very clean & family-friendly. The view is spectacular, The city, ocean, river, and mountain, all together! Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing apartments and spotlessly clean. Top-end appliances, very good beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay. Also, an easy walk across Chevron Island Bridge to the new HOTA (Home of The Arts) Museum with beautiful grounds and Farmers Market on Sundays. Lovely restaurant, top floor.

Top-notch hotel in a prime location on the Gold Coast. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the surrounding area..we could even see the ocean from our balcony. Our check-in and checkout process with super quick and efficient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
