What an unreal location and modern clean room. The bed was extremely comfy and the blackout blinds and air-con gave us the sleep-ins we were looking for on our short getaway.
The staff we extremely friendly, and helpful and gave us local recommendations for food which was the best coffee and breakfast we’ve had in a long time!

Great location, nice room, and friendly staff! Had a great stay here with my two sons. The rooftop was excellent and had a fantastic view of the cityscape. The reception was a little hard to identify but the staff was great and were happy to accommodate requests like onsite parking and late check-out. Will certainly be back in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

The Eminence is a nicely done building.
The reception area is beautiful and puts one in mind of an upmarket Alpine resort. The reception staff too are proactive and friendly.
The building is a nice secure one with a large proportion of owner-occupiers and well-to-do renters.
The finishes are high quality as is the design of the building, with a beautiful and extremely generous rooftop area that is the perfect place to relax and look over Carlton.

Always a very good, easy experience with The Eminence. Large room and no fuss check-in. Very centrally located with good access to public transport. Travelling over to Collingwood each day was a breeze. Would stay here again next time for work and would also choose The Eminence for a personal stay.

Our favourite place we stayed on a 3 week road trip, we’d definitely stay again! Excellent apartment with everything you need for a one night or one week stay. Comfortable bed, full sized fridge and kitchen facilities with seperate lounge and dining area. The washing machine and dryer was much appreciated, as was the on-site car park.
Perfect location easy walk to Lygon Street and the Vic Markets, the Mall is also an easy walk but we usually used the tram stop about 200 mtrs away which was only a few stops to the CBD.
